Bio: Erich Luebkert is the Head of Advice Methodology & Financial Planning of Individual Investors and a vice president of T. Rowe Price Associates. Erich’s investment experience began in 2004 and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2021. Erich earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Shippensburg University and a Masters of Business Administration from Villanova University. He also completed the Securities Industry Institute Executive Development Program from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Erich is a Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 registered representative and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professional. Erich is also a member of the CFP® Board Financial Advice Working Group, CFP Board of Standards.
Bio: Dan leads the Financial Advisor Development Program (FADP) and College to Corporate (C2C) Advice Internship in Charlotte, NC. Dan is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and is currently pursuing his MBA from Mercer University with an emphasis in Organizational Change. Outside of work he is a Youth Leader at Community Bible Church, and an avid golfer. In his free time, Dan loves to travel, try new restaurants, and spend time with his wife Hayley and new puppy Noli.

Bio: As the President and Partner of Mission Wealth, Dannell Stuart plays a crucial role in executing the firm's strategy across advisor and specialty department teams. Her responsibilities include overseeing the integration process, hiring and training personnel, and refining procedures to ensure that the client experience is exceptional. She works closely with the team to develop and execute strategies that align with the company's vision of providing the best-in-class wealth management services to its clients.

Bio: Shelley Saraniti is the National Financial Advisor Development Program Performance Executive for the Merrill organization. In that role she is responsible for leading the performance of the program and its participants as well as driving the national alignment towards strategic objectives. Shelley has held various positions since joining the company 25 years ago including leading performance for several large markets across the country and is also very involved in the company’s D&I efforts including co-founding the bank’s LGBTQ+ Executive Leadership Council.

Bio: Eddy Demirovic is the Director of Talent Pipeline at the CFP Board Center for Financial Planning where he leads workforce initiatives to develop a sustainable talent pipeline of future CFP® professionals, with particular focus on college students, graduates and career changers.
