About the Spring 2024 Virtual Career Fair

CFP Board’s 2024 Virtual Diversity Career Fair is the go-to event for employers and job seekers in the financial planning profession.

This virtual event connects top employers in financial planning with highly qualified job candidates, including CFP® professionals, those pursuing CFP® certification and students aspiring for careers in financial planning.

CFP Board is working to build and diversify the ranks of financial planners to meet the needs of increasingly diverse consumers. All job candidates are welcome to attend the Virtual Diversity Career Fair. Women and people of color are highly encouraged to join.

During the Career Fair, you can:
